Smoothie bowls are filling. They’re more like a meal versus drinking smoothies, which just makes you hungrier. That’s my humble opinion! They’re also way prettier!

HOW TO MAKE A HEALTHY SMOOTHIE BOWL

  1.  Gather very fresh ingredients for this smoothie bowl: ripe avocado, baby spinach, and fresh berries. You can substitute the spinach for kale or another green.
  2. Use both plain Greek yogurt and regular 1% plain yogurt. The reason being, the Greek yogurt will thicken up this smoothie bowl, but using just the Greek will make it too thick!
  3. Use just one teaspoon of the pandan leaf supercolor powder for all the great nutrients it provides. You can always substitute this with matcha powder.
  4. Blend it all together in either a food processor or high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add your favorite toppings!
